How it works

Step 1
Load the BIM models (Revit or IFC) on the BIMvisible platform. We recommend uploading several models: one structural model and one or more engineering models.

Step 2
In consultation with you, we place virtual "markers" (QR code) in the model. We recommend placing approximately one marker per 1,000m². Markers can be removed and adjusted at any time.

Step 3
Place physical "markers" (QR code) in the building. These should be hung in exactly the same place as the virtual markers.

Step 4 (optional)
Provided you supply live data from the Building Management System + a table linking the data points to the BIM elements, the BIMvisible application can always display that data live. BIMvisible can assist you in this linking process.

Step 5
Install the Android/iOS application and use the BIMvisible app by logging in and scanning a "marker" in the building. The hidden techniques are now visible in their exact location and the user can access all the information in the model!
